Registration Procedure

2025-2026 School Year

Registration for the new school year coming soon. If you are interested in coming for the current school year (24-25) you are always welcome to inquire or apply here.

There is a processing fee of $100 by Paypal to The OLC School when you apply. If you are ready to apply click the third button below.
 

• Be sure to have the following documents on hand when completing the online application form in order to expedite the process: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
• When you click on the link provided, you will be directed to a screen that shows the Archdiocese of Newark Logo. There, you will create an account with PowerSchool Enrollment.
• Having an account will allow you to return to the application process.
• Data collected is not shared with third parties.
• PowerSchool Enrollment also makes applying for additional children simpler as you will be able to "snap' much of the information you entered into another family member's application. 
• After the online applications are complete, we at OLC will contact you regarding the next steps. 

• Please know religious exemption is not accepted in Catholic Schools under the Archdiocese of Newark.  To be eligible for enrollment, children must be up-to-date on vaccinations or have a set schedule of vaccines signed by your child's pediatrician.

• Required Vaccines to Enroll in Preschool
  • DTP/DTaP - minimum of 4 doses
  • IPV - minimum of 3 doses
  • HIB - at least one dose given after the 1st birthday 
  • Pneumonia - at least one dose given after the 1st birthday
  • Hepatitis B - at least 3 doses
  • MMR - 1 dose given after the 1st birthday
  • Varicella - 1 dose given after the 1st birthday
  • Influenza - 1 dose due each year up to age 59 months
• Required Vaccines to Enter Kindergarten
  • DTP/DTaP - minimum of 5 doses
  • IPV - minimum of 4 doses
  • MMR - total of 2 doses given after the 1st birthday
• Required Vaccines to Enter Grade 6
  • DTP/DTaP - given after the 10th birthday
  • Meningococcal applies to students when they turn 11 years of age and is attending 6th grade
• Physical Examinations
  • A physical examination is due within 1 year before admission for all grades.
