About the Teacher and Instructional Aide

Ms. Brito

Hi! I'm Ms. Brito (breeto) I have had an honor to be part of the OLC School family for seven years. Throughout my years at OLC I have worked in the aftercare program and in the summer camp. I have worked with all grade levels, and I've been with Prek-3 for two years. I obtained my Bachelors degree from Saint Peter's University where I am continuing my studies.

During my years at OLC,  I have learned that children look at their world in many different ways, which is something that I embrace. I enjoy talking and listening to their thoughts and ideas. I believe that my patience and desire to teach little minds has helped my students grow and succeed. I look foward to teaching and changing many little lives this year!!

Ms. DeLa Cruz
Hello, my name is Belinda DeLa Cruz. Working for 12 years under the Archdiocese of Newark has brought so much joy and fruitful and great experience as an assistant teacher. I have been at OLC for 10 years working with various ages groups ranging  from Transitional to PreK4. I am delighted to work with Ms. Brito as her instructional aide. We will work to together to maintain a conducive environment where children can grow and prosper while exploring things around them. I look forward to a fun and a successful year with the PreK - 3 team.
